OUR MISSION: CHILDREN, GARDENS & NATURE
THE FIR GROVE CARDEN CLUB IS CELEBRATING WITH ITS MUCH-LOVED SPRING TRADITION.
We believe the sooner children experience the joy of gardens and nature the happier, healthier and greener they'll be. This community garden tour supports this vision.
We feel that by giving children the experience of growing live plants, and letting them see the connection between food growing and understanding how it ends up on their table, they grow to be good stewards of our planet and its rich yet finite resources.
That's why proceeds from the 2023 Raleigh Park Garden Tour benefit Raleigh Park Elementary School Garden and Raleigh Park Neighborhood, so that we may support their mission of education, beautification and community. We appreciate your help in not only being part of one of the best loved Spring garden tour traditions here in the Portland, Oregon and Beaverton communities, but also helping our children better understand the beauty of nature, and the joy of gardening.

GIVING CHILDREN THE CHANCE TO EXPERIENCE GARDENING & NATURE
STARTING POINT: Details Coming Soon
Last Garden Tour, a self-guided tour kicked off the adventure at the Raleigh Park Elementary School. This year's location will be updated and Tour participants will receive a guide booklet with history, garden descriptions and map.
TOURS & TREATS
Join us for a close up view of some private designer-crafted mature gardens, plus some new and old favorites. We always have surprises, from artist exhibits, to author signings, pop-up refreshments, and of course, a chance to meet Raleigh Park's neighborhood gardeners and hear first-hand how they created their backyard oasis.
Enjoy this unusual opportunity to meander the streets of a well-established close-in neighborhood to see a total of eight gardens showing off both professionally designed private gardens as well as those resulting from the artistry of garden lovers. You'll also get the opportunity to see the Raleigh Park Elementary School Learning Garden!

SPECIAL THANKS
We also want to thank our hosts and photographer Lee Davidson who have slogged through the rough winter and the cold, wet spring and who are working tirelessly to prepare their gardens. You're in for a treat!
